When setting out to meet with a new client and throughout the entire design process, whether in a public garden or
at a private home, I'm guided by one central principle: my work is for this unique client. The measure of my success
is how well the final outcome reflects them as individuals. Their goals, their tastes and their principles; not mine. My knowledge and talents are instrumental in the process but I will be but an occasional visitor upon completion of the work.
LANDSCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS
- YARDWALKS
A one or two hour private conversation in your yard. We'll discuss specific ideas for small spaces or general concepts for long-term development of your property. One client told me after our meeting that "this was the best hour I ever spent in my yard". The basic session is one hour at your home in the Boston metro. area and may be expanded. Information is presented conversationally and may be recorded if you choose to do so.
YARDWALKS Hourly Fee - $95.00
- SECTION-AT-A-TIME
Many clients prefer to develop their properties as two or three smaller design and construction projects, linked initially by an overall concept. Design fees for this option
are agreed to prior to beginning and are based on the scope of the project.
- MASTER PLAN
A Master Landscape Plan provides you with the most complete understanding of the development of your entire property. It provides detailed site analysis, concept plan
development, client consultation meetings and final plan development and presentation. Design fees for this option are agreed to prior to beginning and are based on
the scope of the project.
